The 4th Installation ceremony of RCSLIIT was held on 18th of August 2016 from 6.30 pm onwards at SLIIT metro campus (BOC merchant tower #12 floor).
The event was commenced with the arrival of the chief guest and the other dignitaries and the lightening of the traditional oil lamp. The chief guest of the event was Professor Lakshman L. Rathnayke, Chairman of Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology and Guest of honor for the evening was Rtn. Nalin Jayasuriya , President of Rotary Club of Battaramulla , which is the sponsoring club of the Rotaract club of SLIIT .
The ceremony was called to order by the outgoing President Rtr. Chatura Alawattegama and was followed by the Rotaract Invocation, Flag Salutation, Four-way test and the Rotaract song.The secretaries report for the year 15/16 was presented by the outgoing president Rtr. Chatura Alawattegama from a creative video clip which included memorable photographs from each project of that year.
The outgoing president Rtr. Chatura Alawattegama collared Rtr. Kavinda Bandulasena and officially handed over the duties and responsibilities of the club. Then the new board of members were inducted.

After the distribution of tokens of appreciation to the dignitaries, the floor was open for felicitations. Then the 4th Installation ceremony of RCSLIIT was successfully concluded.
