The project Before I Die was initiated by the Rotaract Club of SLIIT under the Community Services Avenue with the purpose of saving many lives. The project was consisted with three main phases including an eye donation campaign, blood donation campaign and organ donation campaign.
The first phase of Before I Die was the eye donation campaign which was held on 26th of December 2021 organized in order to help save many lives. The event was conducted via zoom. During the session, the details was collected from people who are willing to donate eyes via a google form.
The blood donation campaign was the second phase of Before I Die project. The event was held on 25th of February 2022 at Wickramasingaramaya Nugegoda from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. the blood donation campaign was successfully concluded with over 50 donors.
Then we proceed with our third phase of Before I Die project which was an organ donation campaign. The event was initiated with the collaboration of blood donation campaign on the same day. After the blood donation campaign the event was conducted during the open week of SLIIT. Finally we were able to complete the organ campaign with over 250 donors.
We would like to sincerely thank the all donors on their donations took for the successful completion of the project Before I Die. And also we would like to thank our organizing committee their for the contribution to the success of the Project.

Before I Die ව්යාපෘතිය SLIIT රොට්රැක්ට් සමාජයේ සමාජ සේවා අංශය යටතේ ජීවිත රැසක් බේරා ගැනීමේ අරමුණින් දියත් කරන ලද ව්යාපෘතියකි. මූලික අදියර තුනකින් සමන්විත වූ ව්යාපෘතිය අක්ෂි දන්දීමේ වැඩසටහනක්, ලේ දන්දීමේ වැඩසටහනක්, සහ අවයව දන්දීමේ වැඩසටහනකින් සමන්විත විය.
Before I Die ව්යාපෘතියේ පළමු අදියර වූයේ අක්ෂි දන්දීමේ වැඩසටහනයි. 2021 දෙසැම්බර් මස 26 වැනිදා Zoom තාක්ෂණය ඔස්සේ පැවැති වැඩසටහනේදි අක්ෂි පරිත්යාගයට කැමති පිරිසගේ තොරතුරු ගූගල් පෝරමයක් හරහා එක් රැස් කර ගන්නා ලදී.
ව්යාපෘතියේ දෙවන අදියර වූ ලේ දන්දීමේ වැඩසටහන 2022 පෙබරවාරි මස 25 වැනිදා නුගේගොඩ වික්රමසිංහාරාමයේ දී පෙරවරු 9.00 සිට පස්වරු 3.00 දක්වා පැවැත්විණි. පරිත්යාගශීලින් පනහකට අධික පිරිසක් ලේ දන්දීමේ ව්යාපාරයට දායක වුණි.
තෙවන අදියර ලෙස අවයව පරිත්යාග කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන පැවැත්විණි. ලේ දන්දීමේ ව්යාපාරය සමඟ ඒකාබද්ධ ආරම්භ කෙරුණු මෙම අදියර SLIITහි විවෘත සතිය තුළ ද දියත් කෙරිණි. 250කට අධික පරිත්යාගශීලීන් පිරිසක් සමග තෙවන අදියර සාර්ථකව නිමා කිරීමට අපට හැකියාව ලැබිණි.
Before I Die ව්යාපෘතිය සාර්ථකව නිමා කර ගැනීමට සහයෝගය ලබාදුන් සියලුම පරිත්යාගශීලීන් ට අපි අවංකවම ස්තුතිවන්ත වෙමු. එමෙන්ම ව්යාපෘතියේ සාර්ථකත්වය සඳහා දායක වූ අපගේ සංවිධායක මඩුල්ලටද ස්තුතිවන්ත වෙමු.

பல உயிர்களைக் காப்பாற்றும் நோக்கத்துடன் சமூக சேவைகளின் கீழ் SLIIT இன் Rotaract club மூலம் “Before I Die (நான் இறப்பதற்கு முன்)” திட்டம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. கண் தானம் பிரச்சாரம், இரத்த தானம் பிரச்சாரம் மற்றும் உறுப்பு தானம் பிரச்சாரம் உட்பட மூன்று முக்கிய கட்டங்களைக் கொண்ட திட்டம் ஆகும்.
பிஃபோர் ஐ டையின் முதல் கட்டமாக கண் தான பிரச்சாரம் 2021 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 26 ஆம் தேதி பல உயிர்களைக் காப்பாற்றும் வகையில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்வு ஜூம் தளம் மூலம் நடத்தப்பட்டது. அமர்வின் போது, கூகுள் படிவம் மூலம் கண் தானம் செய்ய விரும்புபவர்களிடம் இருந்து விவரங்கள் சேகரிக்கப்பட்டன.
பிஃபோர் ஐ டை திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்ட இரத்த தான பிரச்சாரம். இந்நிகழ்வு 2022 பெப்ரவரி 25 ஆம் திகதி நுகேகொட விக்கிரமசிங்கராமயவில் காலை 9.00 மணி முதல் மாலை 3.00 மணி வரை நடைபெற்றது. 50 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நன்கொடையாளர்களுடன் இரத்த தான பிரச்சாரம் வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்தது.
பிறகு, உறுப்பு தான பிரச்சாரமாக இந்த திட்டத்தின் மூன்றாம் கட்டத்தை நாங்கள் தொடர்கிறோம். அன்றைய தினம் இரத்த தான பிரச்சாரத்தின் ஒத்துழைப்புடன் இந்த நிகழ்வு ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. இரத்த தான பிரச்சாரத்தின் பின்னர் நிகழ்வு SLIIT இன் திறந்த வாரத்தில் (open week) நடத்தப்பட்டது. இறுதியாக 250 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நன்கொடையாளர்களுடன் உறுப்பு பிரச்சாரத்தை முடிக்க முடிந்தது.
பிஃபோர் ஐ டை (நான் இறப்பதற்கு முன்) திட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக முடிக்க அனைத்து நன்கொடையாளர்களுக்கும் தங்கள் நன்கொடைகளுக்கும் மனப்பூர்வமாக நன்றி தெரிவிக்க விரும்புகிறோம். மேலும் இத்திட்டத்தின் வெற்றிக்கு பங்களித்த எங்கள் ஏற்பாட்டுக் குழுவினருக்கு நன்றி தெரிவிக்க விரும்புகிறோம்.
