Project Aphrodite is an initiative of community Services Avenue of Rotaract Club of SLIIT. The project was organized with the purpose of increasing awareness regarding women’s health and sanitation. The session was held on 6th of February 2022 via zoom platform. The session successfully conducted with over 80+ participants. Project Aphrodite was a phase under Project Help Her Raise.
To empower the women
Sanitation the process of keeping places free from dirt, infection, disease, etc. Safe water access, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) are the most basic building blocks for empowering women everywhere. Providing basic information on sanitation for women and girls is life saving and life changing.
The guest speakers of the session was Dr. R.Chandrika Rajapakshe and Ms. Deebika Shantkumaran. Dr. R.Chandrika Rajapakshe is a lecturer, ayurvedic doctor, motivational speaker and counsellor. Ms. Deebika Shantkumaran is a certified hypnotherapy & NLP, practitioner, personal Well-being advisor and ayurvedic consultant. The project was conducted with the help of these two renowned speakers through zoom, where each speaker would tackle various topics under women’s health and sanitation.
The project provided valuable information about women’s health and sanitation. We would like to sincerely thank Dr. R. Chandrika Rajapakshe and Ms. Deebika Shantkumaran on the effort and time they took for the successful completion of Project Aphrodite. It is also important we thank the organizers of this event for bringing opportunities and a special thanks to all the participants for making this a success.

Project Aphrodite, SLIITහි රොට්රැක්ට් සමාජයේ ප්රජා සේවා අංශය යටතේ සංවිධානය කරන ලද ව්යාපෘතියකි. කාන්තා සෞඛ්යය සහ සනීපාරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ අරමුණින් මෙය සංවිධානය කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩසටහන 2022 පෙබරවාරි මස 6 වැනි දා zoom තාක්ෂණය ඔස්සේ පැවැත්විණි. මේ සඳහා 80කට අධික පිරිසක් සහභාගී විය.
සනීපාරක්ෂාව යනු ශරීරයේ අපිරිසිදු වන ස්ථාන ආසාදන සහ රෝගවලින් තොරව පිරිසිදුව තබා ගැනීමේ ක්රියාවලියයි. සනීපාරක්ෂාව ඉහළ නැංවීම කාන්තාවන් සවිබල ගැන්වීම සඳහා මූලිකව වැදගත් වන අංගයක් වේ. කාන්තාවන් සඳහා සනීපාරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ මූලික තොරතුරු සැපයීම ජීවිත ආරක්ෂාව සහ ජීවිත වෙනස් කිරීමට මුල පිරීමකි.
සැසියෙහි ආරාධිත දේශකයන් වූයේ වෛද්ය ආර්. චන්ද්රිකා රාජපක්ෂ මහත්මිය සහ දීබිකා ශාන්තකුමාරන් මහත්මියයි. වෛද්ය ආර්. චන්ද්රිකා රාජපක්ෂ මහත්මිය කථිකාචාර්යවරියක්, ආයුර්වේද වෛද්යවරියක්, අභිප්රේරණ කථිකයෙක් සහ උපදේශකවරියක් ලෙස කටයුතු කරන්නීය. දීබිකා ශාන්තකුමාරන් මහත්මිය සහතිකලත් මෝහන චිකිත්සකවරියක්, පුද්ගලික යහපැවැත්ම පිළිබඳ උපදේශකවරියක් සහ ආයුර්වේද උපදේශකවරියක් ලෙස කටයුතු කරන්නීය. වැඩසටහන තුළ දී සෑම කථිකයෙකු ම කාන්තා සෞඛ්යය සහ සනීපාරක්ෂාව යටතේ විවිධ මාතෘකා පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී.
මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය මඟින් කාන්තා සෞඛ්යය හා සනීපාරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ වටිනා තොරතුරු රැසක් සපයන ලදී. Aphrodite ව්යාපෘතිය සාර්ථකව නිම කිරීම සඳහා තම කාලයත් ශ්රමයත් වැය කළ ආරාධිත කථිකයන් දෙපළට අප බෙහෙවින් ස්තූතිවන්ත වෙමු. එමෙන්ම මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය සංවිධානය කළ සංවිධායක මණ්ඩලයටත් සහභාගීවූ සියලුම දෙනාටත් ස්තුතිවන්ත වෙමු.

திட்டம் Aphrodite என்பது SLIIT இன் Rotaract Club இன் சமூக சேவைகள் அவென்யூவின் ஒரு முயற்சியாகும். பெண்களின் சுகாதாரம் தொடர்பான விழிப்புணர்வை அதிகரிக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் இந்த திட்டம் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அமர்வு பேப்ரவரி 6, 2022 அன்று ஜூம் தளம் வழியாக நடைபெற்றது. 80க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன் அமர்வு வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தப்பட்டது.
துப்புரவு என்பது இடங்களை அழுக்கு, தொற்று, நோய், முதலியவற்றிலிருந்து பாதுகாக்கும் செயல்முறையாகும். பாதுகாப்பான நீர் அணுகல், சுகாதாரம் (WASH) எல்லா இடங்களிலும் பெண்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான மிக அடிப்படையான கட்டுமானத் தொகுதிகளாகும். பெண்கள் மற்றும் சிறுமிகளுக்கான சுகாதாரம் பற்றிய அடிப்படை தகவல்களை வழங்குவது உயிர் காக்கும் மற்றும் வாழ்க்கையை மாற்றும்.
