Toggle Track
Project Intranet was a great initiative of the Professional Development avenue of Rotaract Club of SLIIT. This is about maintaining a tracker to manage work easily within the board and introducing a more organized approach towards projects. The project consisted of two phases. The 1st phase of the Intranet was Toggle Track which was conducted exclusively for the Board of Officials.
Project Intranet was held virtually on the 8th of August 2022 from 9.00 p.m. onwards via Google Meets. The project was held with 36 participants.
In this session, the Intranet team, Rtr. Mohomed Rikas, Rtr. Chathushi Janusha and Rtr. Enuka Thathsarana introduced trackers for each and every avenue of the club. These trackers will be tracking meeting minutes, PR & IT responsibilities, call to actions as well as the performance of members of the project organizing committees. The main objective of this phase was to introduce a less time consuming method while planning projects and while organizing and maintaining project documents. This session provided a lot of knowledge for the Board of Officials.
Phase 1 of Project Intranet concluded successfully after providing a lot of valuable information and tracking the progress of a project. We would like to sincerely thank the Intranet team on the effort and time they took for the successful completion of the project.

Intranet ව්යාපෘතිය යනු SLIIT රොටරැක්ට් සමාජයෙහි වෘත්තීය සංවර්ධන අංශයේ විශිෂ්ඨ මුලපිරීමකි. මෙය නිලධාරී මණ්ඩලය තුළ පහසුවෙන් වැඩ කළමනාකරණය කිරීම සඳහා ට්රැකර් නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ ව්යාපෘති සඳහා වඩාත් සංවිධානාත්මක ප්රවේශයක් හඳුන්වා දීමයි. මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය අදියර දෙකකින් සමන්විත විය. Intranetහි පළමු අදියර වූයේ Toggle Track වන අතර එය නිලධාරී මණ්ඩලය සඳහා පමණක් පවත්වන ලදී.
Intranet ව්යාපෘතියෙහි පළමු අදියර 2022 අගෝස්තු 8 වැනි දින රාත්රී 9.00 සිට Google Meet තාක්ෂණය ඔස්සේ පැවැත්විණි. ව්යාපෘතිය 36 දෙනෙකුගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් පැවැත්විණි.
මෙම සැසියේදී Intranet කණ්ඩායම, Rtr. මොහොමඩ් රිකාස්, Rtr. චතුෂි ජනුෂා සහ Rtr. එනුක තත්සරණ විසින් සමාජයෙහි සෑම අංශයක් වෙතම ට්රැකර් හඳුන්වා දෙන ලදී. මෙම ට්රැකර් රැස්වීම් මිනිත්තු, PR සහ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ වගකීම්, ඇමතුම් මෙන්ම ව්යාපෘති සංවිධායක කමිටු සාමාජිකයින්ගේ කාර්ය සාධනය නිරීක්ෂණය කරනු ඇත. මෙම අදියරේ ප්රධාන අරමුණ වූයේ ව්යාපෘති සැලසුම් කිරීමේදී, ව්යාපෘති ලියකියවිලි සංවිධානය කිරීමේදී සහ නඩත්තු කිරීමේදී අඩු කාලයක් ගතවන ප්රවේශයක් හඳුන්වා දීමයි. මෙම සැසිවාරය නිලධාරි මණ්ඩලයට බොහෝ දැනුමක් ලබා දුන්නේය.
ව්යාපෘතියක ප්රගතිය නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම පිළිබඳ වටිනා තොරතුරු රැසක් ලබා දීමෙන් අනතුරුව Intranet ව්යාපෘතියෙහි පළමු අදියර සාර්ථකව අවසන් විය. මෙය සාර්ථකව නිම කිරීම සඳහා Intranet ව්යාපෘති කණ්ඩායම ගත් උත්සාහය සහ කාලය පිළිබඳව අපි අවංකවම ස්තූතිවන්ත වෙමු.

இன்ட்ராநெட் திட்டம் என்பது SLIIT இன் ரோட்ராக்ட் கிளப்பின் தொழில்முறை மேம்பாட்டு வழியின் ஒரு சிறந்த முயற்சியாகும். இது குழுவிற்குள் வேலையை எளிதாக நிர்வகிக்க ஒரு டிராக்கரைப் பராமரிப்பது மற்றும் திட்டங்களுக்கு மிகவும் ஒழுங்கமைக்கப்பட்ட அணுகுமுறையை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவது பற்றிய திட்டம் ஆகும். இந்த திட்டம் இரண்டு கட்டங்களைக் கொண்டது. இன்ட்ராநெட்டின் 1வது கட்டம் டோகல் டிராக் ஆகும், இது அதிகாரிகள் வாரியத்திற்காக பிரத்தியேகமாக நடத்தப்பட்டது.
திட்டம் இன்ட்ராநெட், கிட்டத்தட்ட 8 ஆகஸ்ட் 2022 அன்று இரவு 9.00 மணி முதல் g oogle Meet வழியாக நடைபெற்றது. இந்த திட்டம் 36 பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன் நடைபெற்றது.
இந்த அமர்வில் இன்ட்ராநெட் குழு, Rtr. முகமது ரிகாஸ், Rtr. சதுஷி ஜனுஷா மற்றும் Rtr. எனுக தத்சரண கிளப்பின் ஒவ்வொரு அவென்யூவிற்கும் டிராக்கர்களை அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார்கள். இந்த டிராக்கர்கள் சந்திப்பு நிமிடங்கள், PR & IT பொறுப்புகள், நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கான அழைப்பு மற்றும் திட்ட ஏற்பாட்டுக் குழுக்களின் உறுப்பினர்களின் செயல்திறன் ஆகியவற்றைக் கண்காணிக்கும். இந்த கட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம், திட்டங்களை திட்டமிடும் போது, திட்ட ஆவணங்களை ஒழுங்கமைத்து பராமரிக்கும் போது குறைந்த நேரத்தை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளும் அணுகுமுறையை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதாகும். இந்த அமர்வு அதிகாரிகள் குழுவிற்கு பல அறிவுரைகளை வழங்கியது.
திட்டம் இன்ட்ராநெட்டின் கட்டம் 1 ஒரு திட்டத்தின் முன்னேற்றத்தைக் கண்காணிப்பது பற்றிய மதிப்புமிக்க தகவல்களை வழங்கிய பிறகு வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்தது. திட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக முடிக்க அவர்கள் எடுத்துக்கொண்ட முயற்சி மற்றும் நேரத்திற்காக இன்ட்ராநெட் குழுவிற்கு மனப்பூர்வமாக நன்றி தெரிவிக்க விரும்புகிறோம்.
