Farmer-to-Farmer Phase 1 is an initiative taken by Rotaract Club of SLIIT to spread the knowledge of horticulture to publicly support the economic hardship in the country these days.  This was held on 12 September 2022 from 6-7.30 pm through Zoom technology with more than 65 participants.

Farmer-to-farmer aims to promote organic agriculture through gardening and planting and reduce economic growth and poverty during the economic crisis.  Accordingly, Farmer is a project with 2 phases.  This was done through the Community Service avenue of Rotaract Club of SLIIT.  This program is the first phase and the next phase is to be held as SLIIT Agro Fest.

Farmer-to-Farmer යනු රටේ මේ දිනවල පවතින ආර්ථික දුෂ්කරතාවයට  ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ සහයෝගය දැක්වීමේ අරමුණින් ගෙවතු වගාව පිළිබඳ දැනුම බෙදා හැරීම සඳහා SLIIT හි රොටරැක්ට් සමාජය විසින් ගන්නා ලද මුලපිරීමකි. මෙය 2022 සැප්තැම්බර් 12 වන දින පස්වරැ 6-7.30තෙක්  Zoom තාක්ශනය ඔස්සේ  65 වැඩි  සහභාගීත්වයෙන් යුතුව පැවැත්විනි. 

ගෙවතු වගාව සහ රෝපණ මගින් කාබනික කෘෂිකාර්මික ප්‍රවර්ධනය සහ ආර්ථික අර්බුදය තුළ අන්තර්ගත ආර්ථික වර්ධනය සහ දරිද්‍රතාවය අඩු කිරීම ප්‍රධානම අරමුණ කරගත Farmer-to-Farmer මගින් මීලග ගොවි  පරම්පරාව වගාවන් සදහා උත්තේජනයක් ලබා දෙයි. මෙය SLIIT Rotaract සමාජයේ ප්‍රජා සේවා මාවත මගින් සිදු කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩසටහන මෙහි පලමු අදියර වන අතර මීලග අදියර SLIIT Agro Fest ලෙසට ඉදිරියේදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.

Farmer – 2 – Farmer கட்டம் 1 என்பது ஸ்லீட் நிறுவனத்தின் ரோட்டராக்ட் கழகத்தால் தோட்டக்கலை பற்றிய அறிவைப் பரப்புவதற்காக இந்நாட்களில் நாட்டின் பொருளாதார இடர்ப்பாடுகளை பகிரங்கமாக ஆதரிக்கும் நோக்குடன் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஒரு முன்முயற்சியாகும். இது 12 செப்டம்பர் 2022 அன்று மாலை 6-7.30 மணி வரை ஜூம் தொழில்நுட்பம் மூலம் 65 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன் நடைபெற்றது.

தோட்டம் அமைத்தல் மற்றும் நடுதல் மூலம் இயற்கை விவசாயத்தை ஊக்குவித்தல் மற்றும் பொருளாதார நெருக்கடிக்கு மத்தியில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் வறுமையைக் குறைத்தல் ஆகியவற்றை விவசாயி 2 நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. அதன்படி, விவசாயி என்பது 2 கட்டங்களைக் கொண்ட ஒரு திட்டமாகும். இது SLIIT ரோட்டராக்ட் கிளப்பின் சமூக சேவை அவென்யூவின் ஊடாக மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்டம் முதலாவது கட்டமாகவும், அடுத்த கட்டம் SLIIT விவசாய விழாவாகவும் நடாத்தப்படவுள்ளது
