Rotaverse – Phase 2 – Rotaract Club of SLIIT

One of the biggest orientation activities presented to Rotaract Club of SLIIT new members is Rotaverse. Rotaverse is a tremendous opportunity for all the students of SLIIT to be a part of RACSLIIT family. More than 100 people participated virtually in Rotaverse – Phase 1,

Rotaverse project chairs made the decision to hold Phase 2 after a week filled with excitement in Phase 1. Phase 2 had three consecutive days of clear understanding of every aspect of the SLIIT Rotaract club avenues as well as to educate people about Rotaract District and how things operate there.

The introduction to the Club Service and Community Service Avenues of RACSLIIT took place on October 11, 2022, on the opening day of Rotaverse – Phase 2. We invited ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Rivi Wijeratne and ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Mindula Perera as Guest Speakers for Day 1 to discuss the avenues in District perspective. The presentations delivered by our own Club Service Directors Rtr. Dewmi, Rtr. Vishen, and Community Service Directors Rtr. Pasindu, Rtr. Madhumini helped the participants understand the avenues of RACSLIIT, and they encouraged participants to join their committees.

On October 12, the second day of Rotaverse – Phase 2, the Professional Development, Sports & Recreational, and International Services Avenues of RACSLIIT were highlighted. We invited ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Nimesha Jayamanne, ADRR Rtn. Rtr. IPP Rashmika Silva and Rtr. IPP Himaza Hilmy as our guest speakers on Day 2 to talk about the avenues in district approach. The presentations made by our own PD Directors Rtr. Chathushi and Rtr. Enuka, Sports & Recreational Director and Team Leader Rtr. Anupa and Rtr. Koshila, and International Services Directors Rtr. Haily and Rtr. Lakshani contributed participants to understand the opportunities offered by each avenue and motivated participants to enroll their committees.

On 13th of October, third day of Rotaverse – Phase 2, the Editorial and Public Relations Avenues of RACSLIIT were introduced. For Day 3, we invited Rtr. Kawshi Yogarajah and Rtr. PP Praneeth Madushanka as Guest Speakers to speak more about the avenues in the District aspect.
The session continued with Rtr. Abirami‘s presentations on Editorial in RACSLIIT, introductory presentation to the PR and IT avenues of RACSLIIT given by Rtr. Ginuri and followed by an presentation from our Directress for Corporate Partnerships Rtr. Onelie guiding the participants in understanding the avenues of RACSLIIT and prompted them to join their committees.

To break the ice, we organized a kahoot quiz based on the 3 days of Rotaverse – Phase 2 to test the participants’ knowledge on what they have gathered throughout the consecutive 3 days. We think that everyone gained knowledge and volunteered to Club’s avenues.To all the participants, we congratulate you all on your new journey with Rotaract club of SLIIT Family. We hope that you all will be with all throughout the year. Thank you to the Rotaverse organizing committee. We owe a great deal of appreciation to the guest speakers who contributed to make this event achievable for you. We also like to acknowledge the efforts of our newest members. We are pleased that, thanks to everyone’s assistance, we were able to accomplish this project effectively.

SLIIT රොට්රැක්ට් සමාජයෙහි නව සාමාජිකයින් වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද විශාලතම ව්‍යාපෘතිවලින් එකක් වන්නේ Rotaverseය. Rotaverse යනු RACSLIIT පවුලේ සාමාජිකයෙකු වීමට විශාල අවස්ථාවකි. Rotaverse පළමු අදියර සඳහා 100 කට වැඩි පිරිසක් සහභාගී වූහ.

Rotaverse පළමු අදියරේදී උද්යෝගයෙන් පිරුණු සතියකට පසු දෙවන අදියර පැවැත්වීමට තීරණය කෙරිණි SLIIT රොට්රැක්ට් සමාජයෙහි සෑම අංශයක් ගැනම පැහැදිලි අවබෝධයක් මෙන්ම Rotaract දිස්ත්‍රික්කය පිළිබඳව ජනතාව දැනුවත් කිරීම සඳහා දෙවන අදියර අඛණ්ඩව දින තුනක් පුරාවට සිදුවිය.

RACSLIITහි සමාජ සේවා සහ ප්‍රජා සේවා අංශ හඳුන්වාදීම 2022 ඔක්තෝබර් 11 වන දින Rotaverse දෙවන අදියරෙහි ආරම්භක දිනයේදී සිදු විය. අපි ඒ සඳහා ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Rivi Wijeratne සහ ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Mindula Perera වෙත ආරාධනා කළෙමු.

අපගේ සමාජ සේවා අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන් වන Rtr. Vishen සහ Rtr. Dewmi සහ ප්‍රජා සේවා අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන් වන Rtr. Pasindu , Rtr. Madhumini විසින් RACSLIIT හි විවිධ අංශ පිළිබඳ අවබෝධ කර ගැනීමට සහභාගිවන්නන්ට උපකාර කළ අතර, ඔවුන් සහභාගිවන්නන් ඔවුන්ගේ කමිටුවලට බැඳීමට උනන්දු කළහ.

ඔක්තෝබර් 12 වන දින, Rotaverse දෙවන අදියරෙහි දෙවන දිනය, RACSLIITහි වෘත්තීය සංවර්ධන, ක්‍රීඩා සහ විනෝදාස්වාද, සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර සේවා අංශ ඉස්මතු කරන ලදී. විවිධ අංශවල දිස්ත්‍රික් ප්‍රවේශය පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීමට එදින අප ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Nimesha Jayamanne, ADRR Rtn. Rtr. IPP Rashmika Silva සහ Rtr. IPP Himaza Hilmy වෙත ආරාධනා කළෙමු.

RACSLIIT හි ලේඛන කවය පිළිබඳ Rtr. Abirami ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමක් කළ අතර Rtr. Ginuri විසින් මහජන සබඳතා සහ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ අංශ හඳුන්වා දුනි. Rtr. Onelie විසින් අනුග්‍රාහකත්වයන් පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි කරන ලදී.

Rotaverseහි තෙවන දිනයේදී kahoot ප්‍රශ්නාවලියක් සංවිධානය කළ අතර එහිදී දින 3 පුරාවට සහභාගිවන්නන් ලද දැනුම පරීක්ෂා කෙරිණි.

SLIIT රොට්රැක්ට් සමාජය සමඟින් නව ගමනක් සඳහා සහභාගී වූ සියලුම දෙනාට අපි සුබ පතන්නෙමු. ඔබ සැම වසර පුරාම සියලු දෙනා සමඟ සිටිනු ඇතැයි අපි බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමු. Rotaverseහි සංවිධායක කමිටුවට ස්තුතිය පුද කරමු. මෙම අවස්ථාව ඔබට සාක්ෂාත් කර ගැනීමට දායක වූ ආරාධිත කථිකයන් බෙහෙවින් අගය කරන්නෙමු. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය ඵලදායි ලෙස ඉටු කිරීමට ඔබ දැක්වූ සහයෝගය පිළිබඳ අපි බෙහෙවින් සතුටු වන්නෙමු.

SLIIT புதிய உறுப்பினர்களின் Rotaract Clubக்கு வழங்கப்படும் மிகப்பெரிய நோக்குநிலை நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஒன்று Rotaverse ஆகும். Rotaverse என்பது SLIIT இன் அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் RACSLIIT குடும்பத்தில் அங்கம் வகிக்கும் ஒரு சிறந்த வாய்ப்பாகும். ரோட்டாவர்ஸில் 100க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் கலந்துகொண்டனர் – கட்டம் 1,

Rotaverse தலைவர்கள் ஒரு வாரத்திற்குப் பிறகு கட்டம் 1 இல் உற்சாகத்துடன் 2 ஆம் கட்டத்தை நடத்த முடிவு செய்தனர். கட்டம் 2 ஆனது 3 நாட்கள் தொடர்ச்சியான SLIIT Rotaract club மார்க்கத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு அம்சத்தையும் தெளிவாகப் புரிந்து கொள்வது பற்றியும், அத்துடன் Rotaract District அங்கு எப்படிச் செயல்படுகிறது என்பதைப் பற்றி மக்களுக்குக் கற்பித்தது.

RACSLIIT இன் சங்கத்தின் சேவை மற்றும் சமூக சேவை அவென்யூவின் அறிமுகமானது அக்டோபர் 11, 2022 Rotaverse – 2 ஆம் கட்டத்தின் தொடக்க நாளில் இடம் பெற்றது. ADRR Rtn. Rtr. PP Rivi Wijeratne ம‌ற்று‌ம் ADRR Rtn. மனமகிழ்வு நிகழ்ச்சியாக, ரோட்டாவேர்ஸின் 3 நாட்களின் அடிபடையில் 2 ஆம் கட்டத்தின் Kahoot வினாடி வினாவை ஏற்பாடு செய்தோம், பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் தொடர்ந்து 3 நாட்கள் முழுவதும் என்ன சேகரித்தார்கள் என்பதைப் பற்றிய அறிவைச் சோதித்தோம். அனைவரும் அறிவைப் பெற்றதுடன் சங்கத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு மார்க்கங்களுக்கும் முன்வந்தனர் என்று நாங்கள் நினைக்கிறோம்.

பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் அனைவருக்கும், SLIIT குடும்பத்தின் Rotaract club உடனான உங்கள் புதிய பணத்திற்காக உங்கள் அனைவரையும் வாழ்த்துகிறோம். நீங்கள் அனைவரும் ஆண்டு முழுவதும் அனைவருடனும் இருப்பீர்கள் என்று நம்புகிறோம்.
