A panel discussion was held on the 17th of January 2021 to uncover the entrepreneur within us. This session marked the beginning of ‘Corporate Stride’, the 2nd phase of STRIDE. Three amazing panelists joined with this discussion over Zoom, which had about 70 participants.

Speakers:

Mr. Tharindu Amarasekara, the CEO and founder of TAC, a corporate coach specializing in positive communication and motivational speaking, and is a lecturer.

Rohan Jayaweera, the co-founder/director of Antara Solutions, category architect, Data science and AI enthusiast, consultant for digital transformation, technology management, and digital marketing.

Ehantha Sirisena, an entrepreneur, Senior Vice President-delivery at Informatics International limited, Sri Lanka, founder, board member-OMAK.

The very friendly and open panelists shared their journeys as entrepreneurs, highlighting the obstacles that stood in their way, explaining how they overcame those obstacles to make it to where they are today. They shared the humble beginnings of their companies, the massive responsibilities of employees upon their shoulders, and through to the need of having an open mind to compete in this very competitive world. They shared the skill sets needed to be a successful entrepreneur such as good communication skills and the ability to manage employees humanely, yet to get the work done effectively. The floor was open to questions from our participants as well.

Finally, some fields in which a potential entrepreneur could succeed in the future were shared alongside closing statements of motivation to become entrepreneurs not just for personal benefits of being an entrepreneur, but also to serve the community in which we live and the whole world at large.

අප තුළ සිටින ව්‍යවසායකයා අනාවරණය කර ගැනීම සඳහා 2021 ජනවාරි 17 වන දින කමිටු සාකච්ඡාවක් පවත්වන ලදී. මෙම සැසිය STRIDE හි 2 වන අදියර වන ‘Corporate Stride’ හි ආරම්භය සනිටුහන් කළේය.  70 ක පමණ ප්‍රේක්ශක සහභාගීත්වයෙන් zoom හරහා සිදුවූ මෙම සාකච්ඡාවට විස්මිත කථිකයින් තිදෙනෙකුගේ දායකත්වය ලැබුනි.ධනාත්මක සන්නිවේදනය සහ අභිප්‍රේරණ කථනය පිළිබඳ  විශේෂඥයෙකු හා ආයතනික පුහුණුකරුවෙකු වන TAC හි ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී සහ නිර්මාතෘ තරින්දු අමරසේකර මහතා කථිකාචාර්යවරයෙකි.Antara Solutions හි සම-නිර්මාතෘ / අධ්‍යක්ෂ රොහාන් ජයවීර, කාණ්ඩ ගෘහ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පී, දත්ත විද්‍යාව, ඩිජිටල් පරිවර්තනය, තාක්‍ෂණ කළමනාකරණය සහ ඩිජිටල් අලෙවිකරණය පිළිබඳ උපදේශකවරයෙකුද වේ. ව්‍යවසායකයෙකු වන එහන්ත සිරිසේන මහතා  Informatics International limited, Sri Lanka හි උප සභාපති, නිර්මාතෘ සහ  OMAK හි අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකයෙකු වේ.

අපගේ සම්පත් දායකයන්, ඉතා මිත්‍රශීලී හා විවෘත කථිකයන් ලෙස ඔවුන්ගේ අත්දැකීම් හුවමාරු කර ගත් අතර, ඔවුන් මුහුණ දුන් බාධක ඉස්මතු කරමින්, ඔවුන් අද සිටින ස්ථානයට පැමිණීමට එම බාධක ජය ගත් ආකාරය පැහැදිලි කළහ. ඔවුන් තම සමාගම්වල නිහතමානී ආරම්භය, සේවකයින්ගේ උරහිස් මත ඇති දැවැන්ත වගකීම් සහ මෙම තරඟකාරී ලෝකය තුළ තරඟ කිරීමට විවෘත මනසක් තිබීමේ අවශ්‍යතාවයද ප්‍රේක්ශකයන් සමග බෙදාහදා ගත්හ.හොඳ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා සහ සේවකයින් මානුෂිකව කළමනාකරණය කිරීමේ හැකියාව වැනි සාර්ථක ව්‍යවසායකයෙකු වීමට අවශ්‍ය නිපුණතා කට්ටල ඔවුන් බෙදාහදාගනිමින් සැසිය අතිශයින්ම ඵලදායී කිරීමට ඔවුන් සමත් විය. අපගේ සහභාගිවන්නන්ගේ ප්‍රශ්න සඳහා ද වේදිකාව විවෘත විය.අවසාන වශයෙන්, නව ව්‍යවසායකයෙකුට අනාගතයේදී සාර්ථක විය හැකි සමහර ක්ෂේත්‍ර, ව්‍යවසායකයෙකු වීමේ පුද්ගලික ප්‍රතිලාභ පමණක් නොව, අප ජීවත් වන ප්‍රජාවට සහ මුළු ලෝකයටම විශාල වශයෙන් සේවය කිරීම සඳහා ව්‍යවසායකයින් බවට පත්වීමේ අභිප්‍රේරණ ප්‍රකාශයන්ද සහභාගීවන්නන් සමඟ බෙදා ගන්නා ලදී.

எங்களுக்குள் உள்ள தொழில்முனைவோரை வெளிக்கொணர்வதற்கான நோக்கங்களுடன் 2021 ஜனவரி 17 ஆம் தேதி குழு விவாதம் நடைபெற்றது. இந்த அமர்வு STRIDE இன் 2 வது கட்டமான ‘கார்ப்பரேட் ஸ்ட்ரைடின்’ தொடக்கத்தைக் குறித்தது. சுமார் 70 பங்கேற்பாளர்களைக் கொண்ட ZOOM மூலம், இந்த விவாதத்தில் மூன்று அற்புதமான குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் இணைந்தனர்.

பேச்சாளர்களான, திரு. தரிந்து அமரசேகர, ரோஹன் ஜெயவீரா, எஹந்தா சிறிசேனா மிகவும் நட்பான தொழில்முனைவோராக தங்கள் பயணங்களைப் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டனர், அவர்கள் வழியில் நின்ற தடைகளை எடுத்துரைத்து, அவர்கள் இன்று இருக்கும் இடத்திற்குச் செல்ல அந்த தடைகளை எவ்வாறு சமாளித்தார்கள் என்பதை விளக்குகிறார்கள். அவர்கள் தங்கள் நிறுவனங்களின் தாழ்மையான தொடக்கங்களையும், ஊழியர்களின் தோள்களில் பாரிய பொறுப்புகளையும், இந்த போட்டி உலகில் போட்டியிட திறந்த மனதுடன் இருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியத்தையும் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டனர். ஒரு நல்ல தொழில்முனைவோராக இருப்பதற்கு தேவையான திறன் தொகுப்புகளை அவர்கள் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டனர், நல்ல தகவல்தொடர்பு திறன் மற்றும் பணியாளர்களை மனிதாபிமானத்துடன் நிர்வகிக்கும் திறன், இன்னும் பணியை திறம்பட செய்ய முடியவில்லை. எங்கள் பங்கேற்பாளர்களின் கேள்விகளுக்கும் தளம் திறந்திருந்தது.

இறுதியாக, ஒரு தொழில்முனைவோர் எதிர்காலத்தில் வெற்றிபெறக்கூடிய சில துறைகள் ஒரு தொழில்முனைவோராக இருப்பதன் தனிப்பட்ட நன்மைகளுக்காக மட்டுமல்லாமல், நாம் வாழும் சமூகத்திற்கும் முழு உலகிற்கும் சேவை செய்வதற்கும் தொழில்முனைவோராக மாறுவதற்கான உந்துதலின் இறுதி அறிக்கைகளுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளப்பட்டன.
