It is of belief of one accord, that every youth has birthed a talent which if could be used properly and polished, will result in a positive contribution to personal development, national development, and even economic growth. Therefore, Talentangle was initiated to serve as a project where talent blooms endless opportunities while participation opens endless possibilities.

“TALENTANGLE” is a joint project organized by the Rotaract Clubs of Achievers Lanka Business School, ICBT, IIT, SLIIT, University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance, and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura under the main avenue of public image. This project was energized and powered by REDBULL. “TALENTANGLE” is the largest inter-university talent show organized during the year 2020 with over 200+ registrations. This project was organized to enhance the talents and skills of the university undergraduates while allowing them to showcase their talents on a recognized virtual platform.

The project was initiated on the 21st of November, where contestants were requested to submit a video of their talents. After a series of voting rounds through Facebook as well as judges’ analysis, the finalists were selected. The grand finale was held on the 19th of December marking the successful conclusion of this project. The most renowned musicians of Sri Lanka, Ms. Ashanthi De Alwis, Mr. Randhir Witana, Ms. Umara Sinhawansa, and the Western dancing sensation of Sri Lanka, Mr. Kevin Nugara, joined hands with the project as the judges. It certainly added the glam and stardom the project needed and was a huge turning point for the successful reach through social media.

The winners had four titles to grab, 1st to 3rd places in the most talented category, and the most popular contestant while being awarded attractive cash prizes. Our very own Rotaractor, Rtr. Abirami Thanabalasundaram was able to secure 2nd Runners up in the competition.

සෑම යෞවනයෙකුටම උපතින්ම උරුම වූ කුසලතා ඇති අතර ඒවා නිසි ලෙස ඔප දැමිය හැකි නම් පුද්ගලික සංවර්ධනයට, ජාතික සංවර්ධනයට හා ආර්ථික වර්ධනයට ධනාත්මක දායකත්වයක් ලබා දෙනු ඇතැයි විශ්වාස කෙරේ. එබැවින්, නිමක් නැති  කුසලතාවයන්ට අවස්ථාවන් විවෘත කරන ව්‍යාපෘතියක් ලෙස TALENTANGLE ආරම්භ කරන ලදී.

“TALENTANGLE” යනු Achievers Lanka ව්‍යාපාරික පාසල, ICBT, IIT, SLIIT, කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ කළමනාකරණ හා මූල්‍ය පීඨ සහ ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්ව විද්‍යාලවල රොටරැක්ට් සමාජ විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද ඒකාබද්ධ ව්‍යාපෘතියකි. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියට අනුග්‍රාහකත්වය REDBULL විසින් සපයන ලදී. “TALENTANGLE” යනු 2020 වර්ෂය තුළ ලියාපදිංචි 200 කට අධික සංඛ්‍යාවක් සමඟ සංවිධානය කරන ලද විශාලතම අන්තර් විශ්ව විද්‍යාල කුසලතා ප්‍රදර්ශනයයි.මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය විශ්ව විද්‍යාල උපාධි අපේක්ෂකයින්ගේ කුසලතා ඉහළ නැංවීම සඳහා සංවිධානය කරන ලද අතර පිළිගත් අතථ්‍ය වේදිකාවක් තුළ ඔවුන්ගේ හැකියාවන් ප්‍රදර්ශනය කිරීමට ඉඩ සලසයි.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය නොවැම්බර් 21 වන දින ආරම්භ කරන ලද අතර එහිදී තරඟකරුවන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ දක්ෂතා පිළිබඳ වීඩියෝවක් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටින ලදි. Facebook මනාප සහ විනිසුරුවන්ගේ විශ්ලේෂණයන් හරහා ඡන්දය ප්‍රකාශ කිරීමේ වට ගණනාවකින් පසුව, අවසන් තරඟකරුවන් තෝරා ගන්නා ලදී. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ සාර්ථක නිගමනය සනිටුහන් කරමින් මහා අවසන් තරගය දෙසැම්බර් 19 වන දින පැවැත්විණි. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සුප්‍රසිද්ධ කලාකරුවන් වන අශාන්ති ද අල්විස් , රන්දීර් විතාන , උමාරා සිංහවන්ස  සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ බටහිර නැටුම් සංවේදනය වන කෙවින් නුගාරා මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සඳහා විනිශ්චයකරුවන් ලෙස අත්වැල් බැඳ ගත්හ.

කාණ්ඩ හතරක් යටතේ ජයග්‍රාහකයන් තේරී පත්වූ අතර, වඩාත්ම දක්ෂ කාණ්ඩයේ 1 සිට 3 දක්වා ස්ථාන ද, වඩාත් ජනප්‍රිය තරඟකරුවා අතර ආකර්ෂණීය මුදල් ත්‍යාග පිරිනමන ලදී. අපේම රොටරැක්ට් සමාජයේ ,Rtr..අබිරාමි තනබාලසුන්දරම් තරඟයේ අනුශූරතාව දිනා ගැනීමට  සමත් විය. සියලුම ජයග්‍රාහකයින්ට අපි සුබ පතන්නෙමු. අවසානය දක්වා අප සමඟ රැඳී සිටිමින් රාත්‍රිය ගත කිරීමට උදව් කිරීම පිළිබඳව සියලුම විනිසුරුවන්ට, තරඟකරුවන්ට මෙන්ම අපගේ ප්‍රේක්ෂකයින්ටද ස්තූතිවන්ත වෙමු!

ஒவ்வொரு இளைஞர்களும் ஒரு திறமையைப் பெற்றிருக்கிறார்கள் என்பது ஒரு உடன்படிக்கையின் நம்பிக்கையாகும், இது முறையாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு மெருகூட்டப்பட்டால், தனிப்பட்ட வளர்ச்சி, தேசிய வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கு சாதகமான பங்களிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தும். ஆகையால், திறமை முடிவில்லாத வாய்ப்புகளை பூக்கும் ஒரு திட்டமாக பணியாற்ற Talentangle தொடங்கப்பட்டது, அதே நேரத்தில் பங்கேற்பு முடிவற்ற சாத்தியங்களைத் திறக்கிறது.

ரோட்டராக்ட் கிளப்ஸ் ஆஃப் Achievers Lanka பிசினஸ் ஸ்கூல், ICBT, IIT, SLIIT, கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழகம் மேலாண்மை மற்றும் நிதி பீடம் மற்றும் ஸ்ரீ ஜெயவர்த்தனபுரா பல்கலைக்கழகம் ஆகியவை ஏற்பாடு செய்த ஒரு கூட்டுத் திட்டமாகும். இந்த திட்டம் REDBULL ஆல் ஆற்றல் பெற்றது. “TALENTANGLE” என்பது 2020 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 200 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பதிவுகளுடன் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட மிகப்பெரிய பல்கலைக்கழகங்களுக்கு இடையேயான திறமை நிகழ்ச்சியாகும். அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட மெய்நிகர் மேடையில் அவர்களின் திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்தும் வாய்ப்பை வழங்கும் அதே வேளையில் பல்கலைக்கழக இளங்கலை பட்டதாரிகளின் திறமைகளையும் திறன்களையும் மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக இந்த திட்டம் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.

இந்த திட்டம் நவம்பர் 21 ஆம் திகதி தொடங்கப்பட்டது, அங்கு போட்டியாளர்கள் தங்கள் திறமைகளின் வீடியோவை சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டனர். பேஸ்புக் மற்றும் நடுவர்கள் பகுப்பாய்வு மூலம் தொடர்ச்சியான வாக்களிப்பு சுற்றுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, இறுதிப் போட்டியாளர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். இந்த திட்டத்தின் வெற்றிகரமான முடிவைக் குறிக்கும் வகையில் டிசம்பர் 19 ஆம் திகதி பெரும் இறுதிப் போட்டி நடைபெற்றது.

வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு நான்கு தலைப்புகள், 1 முதல் 3 வது இடங்கள் மிகவும் திறமையான பிரிவில் இருந்தன, மேலும் மிகவும் பிரபலமான போட்டியாளருக்கு கவர்ச்சிகரமான ரொக்கப் பரிசுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. எங்கள் சொந்த ரோட்டராக்டர், Rtr. அபிராமி தனபாலசுந்தரம் போட்டியில் 2 வது இடத்தைப் பெற்றார். அனைத்து வெற்றியாளர்களையும் நாங்கள் வாழ்த்துகிறோம் மற்றும் கடைசி வரை எங்களுடன் தங்கியிருந்து இரவு முழுவதும் உதவிய அனைத்து நடுவர்கள், போட்டியாளர்கள் மற்றும் எங்கள் பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு நன்றி!
